Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN important meeting between the Mendip

Tipper Operators' Committee and quarry managements is to be held at the Red Lion Hotel, Shepton Mallet, at 2.30 p.m. on September 28.

Among matters to be discussed are the effect of increased fuel taxes on operating costs; consequences of Prices and Incomes Act, 1966; productivity; provisions of the new Road Safety Bill; plating and weights; and availability of tipping vehicles. Consideration will also be given to requesting county councils to include in their tender forms a rise and fall clause. J.D.
