Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

-IN a bid to stem ever-increasing transport

costs, the TRTA has arranged a specially rated insurance scheme for members, on highly competitive terms. The new TRTA-sponsored scheme gives operators of a limited number of vehicles advantages formerly available only to the •largest operators.

Premiums are basically competitive. But these discounts are also available: 15 per cent for vehicles operating in a 25-mile radius; 10 per cent business use only for vehicles of up to 15 cwt. capacity; 10 per cent with driving restricted to one named person; 10 per cent for voluntary £10 excess for accidental damage.

Higher than normal no-claim bonuses are also offered. The maximum discount is 50 per cent after five years. Shorter periods: one year, 20 per cent; two years, 25 per cent; three years, 35 per cent; four years, 40 per cent.

Benefits include normal fully compre hensive cover plus passenger liability for one non-fare-paying passenger. There is a compulsory £10 excess for damage claims arising out of incidents in wholesale markets: and a £20 excess for drivers under 21.
