ACHECK-LIST of 11 questions has been devised by the Traders Road Transport Association to enable the "vast majority of members" to determine how their transport staff will be treated under the Selective Employment Payments Act, 1966. This provided that the questions are read in conjunction with the Act and the TRTA consulted on any queries or problems which may arise.
