• Bridgend haulier Mark Davies, currently in hospital, has had his licence suspended until he is well enough to attend disciplinary proceedings before South Wales TC John Mervyn Pugh. Davies had been called before the commissioner because of concern about his maintenance record and the use of an unauthorised operating centre.
