Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

An accurate crane load weighing system claimed to be the least expensive electronic design of its type available in Britain has been introduced by Weighrite. Net crane payloads up to 50 tons can be weighed with the equipment and an accuracy of 0.125 per cent is claimed.

The equipment consists of two basic parts, an indicating and recording unit and a transducer load cell. The transducer and its associated power supply are fitted to the crane's gantry and the former component is connected to the crane driver's hand-control unit. The indicating and recording unit can be either wall-mounted or located in the control cabin.
