A. S. International. a new company, has been formed to manufacture and market a range of safety Glowcaps. These consist of a conventional metal valve cap embedded within a moulding of highly reflective synthetic plastics material.
When fitted to a vehicle wheel the Glowcaps flash brightly when the rotating wheel is illuminated by the light of another vehicle headlamp. This gives a clear indication to another road user of the presence of a vehicle from the side.
