Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Hawk is not known to act on impulse. Yet one morning he just took off on a whim for a classic vehicle rally being held at the Kent and East Sussex Steam Railway Preservation Society's station at Tenterden. Among the golden oldies was this superb 1947 Morris 2 Type, a one-time baker's van. David J Hatt of Maidstone (pictured) is only the third owner. David. a former ambulance technician, bought the van as a wreck from the Historic Commercial Vehicle Society as a retirement present for himself and two pals. It took the friends just two years to restore it to the immaculate condition you see now.

This was no easy task as there are thought to be only three such vans still in existence. The team had to scour the country for authentic parts—the wings were found tucked away in a Scottish attic. Unfortunately the day was slightly marred, because in his haste The Hawk forgot his corn beef sarnies. Consequently his pooch Toden was spotted sniffing round the rear of the van on the off-chance that there were any doughnuts going begging.
