Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Isn't it surprising that everyone seems to believe what Gordon Brown says? In fact, for my part, his measures have increased the road tax bill to my company by 135%.

I run 38-tonne vehicles on six axles and currently pay £280. Mr Brown has increased this to £650; that's about £700 per week extra to my company.

Yet my customers will probably read your Budget highlights! Oh dear!
