• A PI on 10 June will look at disciplinary action against William Whyte Cargo Handlers, based in Ellon.
Edinburgh • On 20 May a PI will consider disciplinary action against Coldstream-based RG Russell and Co.
• Disciplinary action against Robert Clowes, based in Dollar, will be looked at on 4 June.
Goole • Disciplinary action against Newport-based Melton Transport Services will be discussed at a hearing on 20 May. The TC will also consider an objection against a variation application and attaching conditions.
Leeds • T and B Transport, based in Hull, will appear at a PI on 22 May. Disciplinary action and the repute of the transport manager will be considered.
