Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II Derbyshire haulier AK Transport has expanded its tanker operations with the acquisition of liquid and powder tanker firm Sam Longson.

This returns ownership of Longson to its Derbyshire roots, after 16 years under control of a Swedish parent.

"Currently we only work in the powder market such as ash and cement," says Anthony Kent, managing director of AK Transport. "However, buying Longson will enable us to move into liquids and will give us a strong position in the market with 55 tankers. It will also expand our client base."

He adds that thanks to Longson's base in Chapel-en-leFrith, Derbyshire. it is ideally located to haul material in and out of the Peak District.

The enlarged firm will employ 80 people and will generate a turnover of around .£5m working for customers including Buxton Lime Industries, Lafarge Cement and Rugby Cement.
