Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

OVERNIGHT parking by heavy lorries in most parts of Glasgow, except in specially designated streets or off-street parks, has been banned under an order approved by Glasgow Corporation's highway subcommittee. Vehicles over 30cwt are affected between the hours of 9pm and 7am, Mondays to Saturdays, and all day on Sundays.

A provisional list of 87 designated streets where overnight parking might be permitted has been submitted to the Chief Constable, the director of planning the RHA and the FTA for approval.
