A new unit for handling sacks has been developed by Gismatic. Called the Gis Vacujet, the unit needs only finger-tip control by one operator.
The unit comprises two heavy-duty turbines, a specially designed suction pad and handlebar controls. The suctionpad has a deep, rigid skirt, ,buit only the tubular rim comes into contact with the sack,
The Vacujet will lift 50kg (1101b) and can be supplied with a 250kg (5511b) electric hoist and cable reelers. Price from £1300.
