Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CONTAINER TRANSPORT operator Maritime Transport aims to increase its use of rail with a hub in the West Midlands.

The site at Hams Hall Railfreight Terminal near Colesh ill replaces the firm's Perry Bar depot, which had no rail connection.

Andrew McNab, business development director of Felixstowe-based Mari time, says: "Hams Hall is extremely well connected and we see ourselves getting more involved in rail. About 50% of our

work at our Hams Hall depot now comes out of the railhead."

He explains that shipping lines are showing increased interest in using rail. Another benefit is that the 30 drivers based at Hams Hail will do more local work so they will have to spend fewer nights away from home.

The company has 10 depots and 475 staff.
