Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

el About 150 hauliers and farmers are to stage a joint demonstration in Newcastle upon Tyne this weekend as a final protest against British fuel and VED rates before the Chancellor reveals his Budget next week.

The newly founded Hauliers & Farmers Alliance (HFA) says this will be the start of a series of nationwide protests if the Chancellor fails to offer sufficient concessions to the two industries.

The HFA is calling on hauliers nationwide to turn out on Saturday. Drivers will congregate at 09:30hrs at

one of two meeting points: Lloyds Tractors at Throckley and the Birtley Truckstop. Moving off at 10:00hrs, the groups will make two laps of the city centre before rallying at Barrack Road near Newcastle United's football stadium for protest speeches.
