Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Earby Light Engineers of Colne, Lancs, a member of the Turner Manufacturing Group, have been licensed by Dana Corp, USA to manufacture and sell the company's complete line of "Chelsea" power take offs.

Chelsea, the company's trade name, is well known in the USA, but as yet relatively unknown here. Chelsea products have a reputation for good parts interchangeability, and ease of installation. Initially, the pto units made at the Earby plant will be assembled from imported parts, but eventually they will be wholly manufactured at Comm.

Chelsea pto products range from the smallest single-gear model rated at 125 lb ft torque output to the largest SAE eight-bolt mounting model at 500 lb ft. The range also includes remotely mounted inter-prop-shaft models.

Mr J. Hendricks will be moving from the USA to the UK in June to head the new company, but until then inquiries on Chelsea products should be made to Mr T. Ryder at Turner Manufacturing's headquarters at Fordhouses, Wolverhampton.
