Installation nia We can really judge this because for technical reasons our pre-production version of the software required manual installation on our computer by DASE personnel. The final product, of course, will come on a CD that self-installs in the usual way.
Documentation 7
There's no manual and no separate help files within the package — but neither is really needed and handy prompts are available on screen in areas where users might be slightly uncertain.
Features 9 The trip analyser function is the "killer application" for small vehicle operators and this alone makes it well worth the price. Add the other useful business functions and you've got a truly excellent combination of features for the small operator.
Ease of use 9
Generally uncomplicated and intuitive. There are big buttons. You push them. It works. We can't see even new computer users having any problems with this.
Value for money 9
Fantastic value, considering what you get for it. It's hard to see how they could sell the basic version any cheaper — if it saves you just one profitless trip, you'll be quids in overnight.
Overall score 9
Wholeheartedly recommended. At this price, every small truck operator should have a copy.
