Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FORD has added to its series of fleet efficiency guides with a new booklet on fuel economy for commercial vehicles.

The 48-page guide is by consultant David Lowe and examines all aspects of fuel economy including engine design, the overall vehicle, driving style, vehicle scheduling and the management of fuel at the depot.

Many illustrations are included and the style is simple for the non-technically-minded person, although a paragraph on charge-cooling is erroneous. Both diesel and petrol engines are covered by the guide and reference is made to tests on the effectiveness of roof-mounted wind deflectors and road speed governors.

Copies of the guide, which is entitled Fuel economy — today's techniques and technology, are available at £5.25 each from Ford Information Service, Ford Motor Company, FREEPOST, Cirencester, Glos. GL7 9BR.
