Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A man who won't be back at his desk is former colleague Sam Buckley. Sam began a career in transport 45 years ago.

He has worked at freight and passenger traffic desks on both road and rail operation. In total he spent 25 years on the operating side of the business before joining CM.

In 12 years at the journalist's desk he specialised in management topics and was the man who compiled our Tables of Operating Costs.

Eight years ago he took the brave step of joining the RTITB when it was very much in the line of fire. He even allowed the Board to call him the Information Officer. That could have been a difficult title to live up to but Sam did it and is now down in Gillingham in Dorset enjoying a well earned rest.
