I The National LDoY finals at Bramcote in eptember appear to hold a special attraction it" British Oxygen Co Ltd drivers, judging by le number of them that are destined to 3mpete there. Three more were added to the 3t at Edinburgh on Sunday when W. Craggs,

Littlejohn and J. Briggs won Classes B, C.

D respectively and also collected the iam prize. This was an exact repeat of the 3mpany's success at the Glasgow round in lay and is perhaps an indication of their 9termination to monopolize the finals. Mr H. ittlejohn was, incidentally, the only )mpetitor at Edinburgh to obtain a clean ieet on the Highway Code questions and his ,am mates were among the lower scorers in is section in which a good performance is .ucial if a driver is to stand any chance of inning his class.

The overall winner, T. Morrow, competed Class E with only one other competitor but won by a wide points' margin and only six ivers improved on his score of 192 points in e whole competition. Mr Morrow's team ates, G. Tully and J. King, won Classes A id F but their scores totalled 640 points, hich gave them second place for the team yard, behind the BOC trio who only lost 394. Shell and BP (Scotland) Ltd had a large Itry, comprising four teams of three drivers, but they managed only to win a place in class H and third places in Classes D and F. Russell of Bathgate had a turnout of smart vehicles entered in both the smaller and larger classes but the company's success was confined to a win by A. Allardice in Class G and a third place in Class H.
