Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Published this week by the DoE are eight of the 10 parts of the standard lists covering load-carrying vehicles and trailers manufactured in 1969/70, for the purpose of the Department's Goods Vehicle Plating and Testing Scheme.

The lists give the maximum gross weights, individual axle weights and train weights for most standard types of goods vehicle and trailer within the scope of the testing scheme.
