Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

If you have been disqualified for a period of two years or less, then no application can be made and .the disqualification must run its full course. If disqualification is for more than two years but less than four years, application for removal can be made after two years from the date it was imposed. For a disqualification of less than 10 years but more than four, application can be made after half the period has elapsed. In any other case, after five years have expired. If the first application is refused, it can be renewed at three-monthly intervals.
