Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

One aspect which has already been tenatively embarked on is warehousing leasing. Anglia has leased a complete warehouse to Trade Counter Ltd, which distributes paperbacks.

All it supplies is the building, and at first sight this could look like easy pickings. However, before dashing into this type of warehouse deal the aspiring entrepreneur would do well to consider three things : return on capital, repairs to structure and the First Letting Tax. In the last lies the greater danger according to Jack Barnard, but even professional accountants whom he has consulted cannot be sure of the full implications ,of the tax.

There is no doubt in my mind that warehousing is a developing business. With the right management and enough space it seems to me to be a mayor growth area.
