TEMPORARY LGV drivers were in particularly short supply last month (January),according to research among recruitment agencies and consultants.
The Report on Jobs, published on behalf of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), indicates that overall demand for staff reached an 11-month high.
Among blue-collar workers LGV drivers and general manual staff were in the greatest demand. However, shortages were more pronounced in other sectors.
