• The first Ford trucks and vans to be assembled in Israel will reach the local market at the end of March, or early in April, the Israeli Automobile Corporation announced last week. All parts for the Transits and three types of trucks will initially come from Britain. Assembly of 250 to 300 trucks and around 1000 Transits is planned for 1973.
