• A one day conference entitled "Design of commercial vehicle cabs in relationship to driver environment", jointly sponsored by the Automobile Division of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and the DoE will, be held at the Motor Industry Research Association at Lindley, Northants, on April 26. Designers from all over Europe, as well as operators, are invited to attend and join in the discussions. The £5 fee per person includes lunch and summaries of the 10 addresses together with subsequent summary reports of the discussion.
