Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• In conjunction with the International Container Services and Equipment Exhibition at Olympia. May 27-31, a two-day symposium has been arranged at the Royal Garden Hotel, London, on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 28-29. The theme of the conference will be: "The exporter, the importer and the conta in er''.

Subjects to be discussed include: Why should we use containers?: container facilities in world markets and ports; how can we use containers?: rethinking transport organization to benefit from containerization and looking ahead. There will be an open forum in the afternoon of the second day.

There is an impressive line up of internationally recognized speakers. Session chairmen will be Mr. Philip S. Henman. chairman, Transport Development Group: Lt.-Col. C. Earle, secretary general, International Cargo Handling Co-ordination Association: Sir Richard Bonallack, chairman, Freight Container Manufacturers' Association, and Mr. G. E. Tonge, chairman, National Association of Port Employers.
