Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Brian Butler is a forklift driver in Premier Fleet's warehouse. Deborah Jenkins, MD of the London-based Pall-Ex member, nominated him,

Butler (nicknamed Dangerous Brian) has been with Premier for five years and "rules his warehouse with a rod of iron", says Jenkins.

"He regularly works a 12-hour day and is nearly always kind and helpful while dealing with drivers, who would be more than happy for him to do all their work.

"Brian has overcome losing his finger [after falling off a roof] to became the quickest loader in the South-East. If a driver dares to take his time, Brian has an array of hand signals that he can use, Out, without one of his fingers, it can make for some confusion!

"Brian never has a day off sick, and is always lively even first thing on a Monday morning, Brian just can't wait to get out there and load those pallets," Jenkins jokes: "In his spare time, he enjoys sweeping the warehouse to make sure its clean enough to eat on, in case we get any visitor or potential new customers." However, more seriously, she concludes: "We are only a small company and we couldn't work without him."
