Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PARCEL FIRM Yodel has teamed up with System Training to offer young people an apprenticeship programme that removes the administrative burden for employers.

The 26-week programme will give 13 apprentices, aged between 16 and 18, experience of the logistics industry and includes a Level 2 NVO in warehousing and storage, traffic office, delivering goods awareness and manual handling. They will also gain a forklift truck licence.

System Training will employ the apprentices and will also ensure they are trained up before they start their placements. Yodel says this removes the administrative burden and all the risk associated with employing apprentices Yodel chief executive Jonathan Smith says: "We intend to recruit and train apprentices so that we are a centre for excellence.

"An industry accredited apprenticeship programme as diverse as that developed in partnership with System Training shows our commitment to investing in the future."
