Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A The initials BACIE stand for British Association for Commercial and Industrial Education. It claims to be the only voluntary organization specializing in all aspects of

commercial and industrial education and training in the UK. Membership includes industrial and commercial firms, nationalized industries, government departments, industrial training boards, local education authorities, universities, technical and commercial colleges, trade associations and trade unions, as well as members overseas.

Its service to members includes publications and advice on all aspects of allied subjects. Courses are designed for training officers, among others, together with conferences and exhibitions. A recent publication was progress report number one on industrial training boards available to non-members at 7s 6d. While published prior to the setting up of the Road TranSport Board, the report provides a useful yardstick as to the likely timetable of RTB development.

The address of BACIE is 16 Park Crescent, Regent's Park, London W1,
