Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THERE will be no Scottish Show next I year. The general committee of the Scottish Motor Trade Association decided last week not to proceed with the promotion of an exhibition until November. 1957. Nearly two years ago it was intimated that it Was the committee's intention to organize the Show annually from this year onwarcls. "As. however, the market changeover which appeared to be imminent at the beginning of 1954, has not as yet fully developed." state the Association, "the committee judge that on the basis of the information available to them at the present moment. the need for an exhibition in 1956 is less strong than it

was in 1955 or will be in 1957. Also, the -committee had in mind the very important preoccupations of vehicle manufacturers with reference to the export market." The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders will be asked to approve a Scottish Show in 1957.
