The scheme is to feed the, fuel through a special atomizer from which the rich mixture passes into an exhaustheated chamber. Thence, in an atomized state, it flows through a diffuser tube into the induction manifold. It is of note that the operation of the air valve, in relation to the atomizer throttle is controlled by an hydraulic damper.
