and Safety Executive after a man was crushed to death at the company's yard in Gloucestershire.
The accident happened at the CM Downton's yard in Moreton Valence. Gloucester
shire Police say when they
arrived at the yard they found ambulance paramedics trying to revive the man who had suffered a serious leg lury after becoming trapped beneath a fallen cargo load. He was pronounced dead one hour later.
A full investigation into the tragedy has now been launched by the HSE and the police on behalf of Gloucester coroner David Gibbons.
A spokesman for CM Downton declined to comment except to say that their thoughts were with the dead man's family.
