Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IF THE Motor Show at the National Exhibition Centre is not priced out of existence, it will not be for want of help from the Birmingham Metropole Hotel. A manufacturer who needed a double room from October 1426 was quoted £1518. The nightly rate of £55 per person covered bed and Continental breakfast but excluded vat.

The full £1518 had to be paid by the end of June. If only 200 double rooms were let on those terms the hotel would be gaining an interest-free loan of more than £300,000 for three and a half months.

The car-park charge for 12 days is £24 payable by August 11.

The hotel reservation form says: "We look forward to wel

coming you . ." I'll bet they do!
