Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IT has been announced by VW Motors L Ltd., U.K. concessionnaires for Volkswagen vehicles, that a 1-ton version of the Volkswagen delivery van and pick-up will shortly be available in addition to the existing 15-cwt. models. The 1-tonners will have the 1,500-c.c. petrol engine developed by Volkswagen for its 1500 car. This engine will produce a maximum power of 51 b.h.p. (S.A.E.) and will be offered in the 15-cwt. version as an alternative to the 1,200-c.c. unit, which gives a maximum output of 41.5 b.h.p. (S.A.E.).

More powerful brakes and improved suspension will be incorporated on both the 15-cwt. and 1-ton versions and the latter will have certain small differences to cater for the increased payload. An enlarged rear loading flap will be fitted to the van body. Details of prices will be announced later.
