Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Nylon flexible drive couplings— the Nylon Panamech range— are now available from Powder Couplings.

Made from one piece of solid nylon, they are said to be joint free, lighter than equivalent steel and more flexible than alloy.

The couplings are for clamp fixing and provide maximum torque from 0.5Nm (4.51bin) to 3.3Nm (301bin).
