Tax Slide Ltd. has been revised to take account of the increased rate of tax and new scale of codes that became effective on April 6. This tax slide is, in fact, a simple slide rule which shows at a glance PAYE and graduated insurance deductions on pay up to £40 per week. The .strongly made plastics slide measures about 1 ft. by 2 in. and is quite simple to use, readings being possible in a matter'of a few seconds.
The Inspector of Taxes will authorize employers to use the tax slide, with the consent of their employees or their representatives. Instructions for use are printed on the hack of the slide.
