THE Dartford Tunnel Joint Committee has proposed to the Minister of Transport that a 10 per cent discount should be offered to purchasers of prepaid tickets in respect of tolls of Is. and upwards. Such a move needs the Minister's approval, and a month's notice would be given to users before any change was brought into effect.
