THE Minister of Transport is con sidering the staggering of working hours as a means for relieving peakhour traffic congestion in London. This was stated in the House of Commons on Monday.

WE regret to record the deaths of Ma, E. RAYMENT, senior, and MR. THOMAS Mscx.E.Nzte. Mr. Rayment was the managing director of E. Rayrnent, Ltd., 334-340 Romford Road, London, E.7, Dodge distributors. Mr. Mackenzie, who was 66, was for many years director and secretary of Vauxhall Motors, Ltd.
