Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Leyland DAF 200 was once a big seller – thanks largely to the Royal Mail, which bought them in droves. But they are fading fast. Its numbers have declined from almost 25,000 in 1994 to just 391 today. There are still 5,000 LDV Pilots on the road though, but you can expect this number to halve in the next year or so.
