I'M JUST WRITING to say how very pleased I am with the response that we've had to the appeal that you kindly published for us, for a driver to go to Kosovo, (CM 1 September) and I wanted to say a very big thank you.
Actually, I was almost (but not quite!) cursing because! was getting so many calls and trying to finish something urgently, but the response really has been excellent. In fact., I've just had another call as I'm typing this.
To date I think we've heard from about a dozen volunteers. Although I only need one for this next convoy in two weeks' time, the others are now in my database, and are all interested in asking to join us in one or other of next year's convoys. So. thank you very much indeed!
