• Merseyside-based Nightfreight has bought Bidston Carriers of Ellesmere Port for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition of the 18-year-old business, which is on-line to turn over
£ 850,000 this year, includes 20 vehicles. Fourteen of these are contracted to DSM Resins UK on work which will continue, says Nightfreight's finance director, Craig Russell.
