Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The firm whose runaway lorry killed six people at Sowerby Bridge last year has lodged an official complaint against the policeman who headed the investigation into the accident.

Fewston Transport has made the complaint against Inspector Gary Walsh, West Yorkshire Police have confirmed.

Although details of the complaint have not emerged, a police spokesman says the matter has been voluntarily passed on to the Police Complaints Authority. Noone has been suspended.

The complaint was greeted with surprise by relatives of those were killed in the tragedy.

Denis Waterworth, brother of the Fewston driver who died in the accident, says: "I certainly can't see what the complaint about Gary Walsh could be. He was extremely thorough and very helpful to all the victims' families."
