Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A clean, well prepared vehicle is a good advertisement for transport. Anglia Distribution Ltd, UK distributors for Italian vehicle wash manufacturers Portotecnica, has added a new cold water portable pressure cleaner to its range to help image-conscious operators.

Called the SIB! 100, the vehicle cleaner has a 3hp electric motor that runs off a standard 240 volt AC outlet. Connected to a mains water supply, the SIBI has an outlet pressure of 1,450ps1 with pressure and chemical cleaner injection controlled at the lance.

Costing E595 plus vat, the machine also accepts hot water up to 70 degrees centigrade. Flow rate is 780 litres/hour (2.8 gallons/min.).

The SIBI range includes machines with pressure capacities up to 3,000psi, hot or cold, as well as diesel-powered cleaners where an electric power source is either unavailable or unsuitable. High volume machines are also available with flow rates up to 30 litres (6.6 gals) per minute.
