Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TWO NEW depots worth £0.5m have recently been opened in Manchester by National Carriers Pardels, part of the National Freight Consortium, and Central Trailer Rental.

The National Carriers' distribution centre will handle packages for the North West region. The E0.2m centre provides a large, secure trunking warehouse, modern open-plan office block and canteen and staff facilities.

The site was originally part of a 28-acre site owned by NFC. The land was sold for £1m to the Greater Manchester Council, who then leased back five acres for the streamlining of National Carriers' operation in the North West.

Central Trailer Rental's new site is next to the M63 and in well placed to suit the needs of a growing trailer rental market in the north of England, the company believes.

The Manchester depot cost over £0.25m and can house 400 trailers. The company has a current fleet of around 1,000 trailers operating out of four regional depots. It hopes to increase its number of depots and its trailer fleet in the future.
