Mr Lacy joined Chrysler in 1948 and since February this year he has been the UK company's deputy managing director. He was previously vice-president in charge of manufacturing at Chrysler Canada.
ERF has promoted the company's newly appointed executive manager of production as production director of the company with a seat on the board.
Allan Bainbridge joined ERF from Trailor and his new responsibilities will include all production operations including chassis and cabs and specials and export vehicles.
London Transport has appointed Raymond Schomberg as treasurer with responsibility for the executive's treasury and payroll offices. Mr Schomberg is a chartered accountant who joins LT from Eastern Produce (Holdings) Ltd where he was finance director.
Kraaijeveld Van Henriert, 47, is the latest appointment to the board of Edbro (Holdings) Ltd, and David Wignall, 38, has been appointed to the board of Edbro Ltd.
Mr Van Hemert has been a member of the board of the Edbro Dutch subsidiary since 1968.
Mr Wignall is the general works manager of Edbro Ltd, the Bolton based hydraulics subsidiary.
David Uri, 28, has joined the Specialised Transport division of Lex Transportation as divisional sales manager.
Mr Uri will report to divisional manager• Eric Walters. His responsibilities will include two businesses in Israel as well as the division's international freight forwarders.
Tony Blythe is the new chief executive of the Dobson Park Group's engineering division succeeding George LeRoy who is retiring.
Mr Blythe has been with Dobson Park and its predecessors for 21 years. He is deputy chairman of the British Independent Steel Producers Association (forging group).
