Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

An intense light output is claimed for the Spar-Lite mast unit, which is now marketed in the UK by Dale Electric of Great Britain Ltd.

The unit consists of a rotating beacon fixed on an aluminium housing under which floodlamps are mounted. Both beacon and quartz halogen floodlamps can be raised electrically in 30sec to a height of 10ft above, say, a vehicle roof, on an extending mast made of stainless steel, The mast unit is supplied complete with control panel.
