• The board of Britax-Excelsior Ltd ("Britax") has announced that an approach has been received which could lead to an offer being made for the whole of the ordinary shares of Britax. The offer would include a cash alternative of 55p per Britax ordinary shares. A further announcement will be made as soon as practicable.
