Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I WOULD BRING to your attention that the road test findings for the Foden Fleetmaster 4x2 tractive unit (CM, October 25) quotes the incorrect clutch assembly.

The particular vehicle you tested was chassis number 106718 (vehicle specification C1057). The actual clutch assembly fitted was a Dana Spicer 151/2in diameter twin dry plate with clutch brake, not a 14in diameter Dana Spicer twin dry plate clutch.

My reason for mentioning this is that the only 14in clutch used by Foden Limited (Sandbach Engineering Company Limited) is of Lipe-Rollway manufacture. This means people reading the test report and vehicle specification could get an incorrect picture of the units as fitted.
