Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

GERMAN manufacturer MAN is setting up a plant to build articulated buses in America.

The company is investing DM20m (£4.4m) in the factory al Cleveland, North Carolina, encouraged by two large US bus orders. Seattle is to buy 202 articulated Bendibuses while Chicago has ordered 125.

The total value of the two orders is said to be around £35m.

The new factory will have a workforce of about 400 to 600 and is already assured of at least two years' work with the existing orders. It should open in about eight months' time.
