Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AAfter some research, a large operator

has informed us that hydrochloric acid can be used for day-to-day use to prevent a build-up of hardened material on the drum surface. However, if due to breakdown, a large deposit has been left in the drum one can only use a pneumatic drill.

Incidentally, in cases where a driver cannot get rid of part of his load. an industrial molasses solution will prevent the concrete hardening until such time that the drum can be emptied.
